The British 10k London Run for InterAct

Calling all joggers

We have entered a Stagecoach Charitable Trust (SCT) team to run in the British 10k London Run on Sunday July 11th 2010. We have pledged to raise £500 each for our lead project InterAct.

Perhaps you would like to get your own team of runners from your school? (principals/teachers/parents/young people 15 and over). Remember – each runner must pledge to raise £500 for InterAct.

It is a large, well organised event similar to the London Marathon – but only a quarter of the distance! The other plus is that the course is far more scenic than the London Marathon course... starting at Piccadilly, down Pall Mall, turning around at Tower Bridge and then along the Embankment past the Houses of Parliament and a grandstand finish in Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall.

Places are limited and we have to apply for a debenture from the organisers, in blocks of 6. We have already filled one block.

If you want to be part of this event and are confident of raising £500 for InterAct, then please get back to me as soon as possible to book your place. It will cost you just £36 to enter.

Once I know how many are keen to be part of this brilliant event, I will apply for new debentures and send on the application forms to each runner.

So don’t delay – get back to me as soon as possible on mmcnulty@stagecoach.co.uk or 01932 256223.

Regards
Mike McNulty
